Broker/FounderKathy Rzad, MBA, is the founder of Seven Lilies Realty in Arlington, Texas. She helps buyers, sellers, and seniors across DFW move through life's transitions with clarity and confidence, from first homes to family homes to moves into independent or assisted living.
Her approach is simple: educate clients on every decision, negotiate with their interests first, and track every detail so no step is missed.
First licensed in 2012, Kathy was named Rookie of the Year in Southern Arizona. She serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® and as President Elect of Women's Council of REALTORS® Fort Worth Tarrant. Her background in luxury hospitality and management shapes her professional, responsive style.
