Broker/FounderKatherine “Kathy” Rzad, MBA, Broker/Owner of Seven Lilies Realty in Arlington (DFW), Texas, and a multi-state Managing Broker for Radius Agent Realty. With more than a decade in real estate—beginning as Rookie of the Year in Southern Arizona and now serving as a Texas REALTORS® and NAR Director— she specializes in helping DFW buyers and sellers navigate transitions with ease. Drawing on her background in luxury hospitality and management, she brings professionalism, clear communication, and stress-reducing systems to every transaction. Her mission is simple: align clients with their ideal home while raising the bar for service and integrity in real estate.
